Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return through our return portal: http://savannahs.returnscenter.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, our team will contact you within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but this will not affect your return eligibility.
A return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling. The fee depends on the currency used for your order:
- USD orders: approximately $10 USD
- EUR orders: approximately €9 EUR
- SEK orders: 99 SEK
- GBP orders: approximately £9 GBP
The exact return fee is determined at the time of purchase based on the currency selected at checkout. For orders placed in USD, EUR, and GBP, the fee may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations, as it is calculated from our base currency (SEK).
Returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval or without the required documentation will not be accepted.
All returned items undergo quality control and authentication checks. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period. Once your cancellation request has been submitted, you must return the item in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
The applicable return fee described above will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund. For orders placed in USD, EUR, and GBP, the exact fee may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations, as it is calculated from our base currency (SEK).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund.
